When you pass by University Technology Petronas along Ipoh-Lumut Highway at night, the lighted up mosque that looked like The White House of United States appeared to be amazing & attarctive. It is even more charming when captured with it's reflection on the lake.
White, yellow & black stripes is the Perak State Flag. The tallest flag pole in Ipoh carrying the state flag under the blue sky.

It was a dinner at the only restaurant that is facing the Prime Minister office in Putrajaya, the Malaysian Federal Government central administration center. The evening was so peaceful when hanging around the lake side.
This beautiful sunset was seen at Batu Gajah. The sky was painted in red & orange that created a charming evening.
Gopeng is a small town located about 20km to the south of Ipoh. Just like Ipoh, it was also established on tin mining industry during the end of 19th century. Nowadays Gopeng is just a small & peaceful town after the collapse of tin mine industry in year 1986. The Federal trunk road (Federal Route 1) of Peninsula Malaysia is crossing the town center. Old shops are lining up along the two sides, standing silently for a century & facing the change of the world.
It was raining the night before this sunrise captured. Smoother cloud shape is always seen after rain. The thin layer of cloud reflects the morning sun shine displaying a colorful sky.
September 2008, my second business trip to Suzhou with colleagues. After completing our task, we took some time visiting a famous tradition town in the Suzhou district. There are very nice scenes & interesting ancient industry, but it has been made too commercialize to attract tourist.
Another beautiful sunset today. That is the reason I always like to stay at higher ground just because I can have wider view on the land & sky.

Corridor at the OCBC Bank building, formerly known as The Strait House, is one of the well-preserved historical buildings in Ipoh. It is such an attractive spot for photographing at night.
It was my first time to China & I stayed in Suzhou. It was a summer evening where I was walking alone in the city experiencing the life of local people. Looking at the sunset, the feeling is so different when away from hometown.
The lonely Town Hall is facing the silent street after night fall. Hard to imagine this is one of the busiest street in town during day time.
